But seek ye first the kingdom of God

 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Matthew 6:33 KJV

In all the versions of this verse it just means one thing, "IN ALL THINGS KEEP YOUR EYES ON GOD"
have you ever wondered why jesus christ said this and where? this verse was said at the very end of a paragraph let me take you back from the verses 27

Can all your worries add a single moment to your life? “And why worry about your clothing? Look at the lilies of the field and how they grow. They don’t work or make their clothing, yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are. And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith? “So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’ These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.
Matthew 6:27‭-‬34 NLT

My friend remember as you go through your journey in life God is in control look at how beautiful the lilies grow it is God. remember the song "JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL" reminds us that no worries God is God.

HOW DO YOU SEEK GOD’S KINGDOM AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS?
* Have a relationship with Him. He saying seek him means (He needs a relationship with you )
*Look inward, make sure your heart is in faith towards God (you receiving from God is by Grace through Faith)You looking inward will allow you to ask soo many questions weather you deserve his friendship. yes you do and don't ever say" I don't deserve it"
YOU DESERVE EVERY BIT OF GOD'S GRACE IN YOUR LIFE. If not He won't ask you to seek Him first.
